Any resident who wishes to address the Council may do so by notifying the City Secretary no later than 5:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the scheduled meeting. The person shall specify the particular subject matter of such address. The City Secretary shall place the names of those requesting to address the Council on the agenda with the agenda item. All supporting documents are to be prepared in advance and submitted to the City Secretary's office by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday prior to the scheduled council meeting.
