23. Peddler Permit
    Peddle: To engage in the business of selling tangible commodities for delivery at the time of sale, from house to house, or from place to place, or in any public place, which orders are not taken at one established location on private premises.
25. Solicitor Permit

    Solicit: To take orders for future deliveries, or for intangible services or for subscriptions, from house to house, or from place to place, or on the street or in any public place, which orders are taken at an established location on private premises.

27. Itinerant Merchant Permit
    Itinerant Vendor: Any person, whether as owner, agent, consignee, or employee, whether a resident of the city or not, who engages in a temporary business of selling any goods, wares, merchandise or services within the city, and who, in furtherance of such purpose, hires, leases, uses or occupies any land, building, structure, motor vehicle, tent, railroad boxcar, public room in hotels, lodging houses, apartments, shops, or other place within the city, for the exhibition or sale of such goods, wares, merchandise or services, either privately or at public auction, and remains at one location for temporary periods only.
29. Charitable Solicitations
    Charitable solicitations means any course of conduct whereby any person, organization, society, association, corporation or any agent, member or representatives of the same shall solicit property or financial assistance, or sell, or offer for sale, any article, tag, service, emblem, publication, ticket advertisement, subscription or anything of value on the plea or representation that such sale or solicitation or the proceeds therefrom are for a charitable, educational, patriotic or philanthropic purpose. Civic club or organization means only a nonprofit club or organization whose purpose is to promote a common good and the general welfare of the community.

    2. Any organization or person which solicits funds solely from its own assemblies or memberships and not using public streets or public places for such purpose.

    7. Copy of Photo ID for applicant and each assisting sales persons.
    8. A certified copy of the charter of the corporation.
