The City of Port Arthur Streets Division will be performing remedial construction for Memorial Blvd (access road) from 29th Street to 31st Street. Construction will begin on Monday, November 4, 2019 and will last approximately two (2) weeks. This work may cause some disruption to your daily commute. Please park your vehicles off the City’s right-of-way during the time of construction.
