The City of Port Arthur's Grants Management Division has planned a Consolidated Plan Public Hearing for November 7, 2019, in City Council Chambers. As required by the Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the City is seeking public input on fair housing issues, and will inform the public regarding the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) Programs.
