From August 16, 2022, the City of Port Arthur Health Department is reporting COVID-19 positive cases for Port Arthur, Groves, Nederland, and Port Neches. There are twenty-three cases for Port Arthur, two cases for Groves, two cases for Nederland, and two cases for Port Neches. The Health Department is reporting twenty-nine COVID-19 positive cases today.
