The City of Port Arthur’s Public Works Department – Solid Waste Division will complete residential garbage collection for Thursday's regular routes on Wednesday, January 12th. Crews have from Stillwell Boulevard to Shreveport Avenue and from Stillwell Boulevard to Richmond Avenue; and Thomas Boulevard to Procter Street to complete all of Monday's routes. Tuesday's routes will begin tomorrow upon completion of Monday's routes.
