The City of Port Arthur Public Works Solid Waste crews will complete Thursday's garbage route in the following areas Friday, November 5, 2021:

| Lakeside Addition |
| Sabine Pass |
| Pleasure Island |
| Westside |
| Houston Avenue to Shreveport Avenue |
| 19th Street to Lakeshore Drive |
All unfinished collections will be completed on the next day.
