THE PORT ARTHUR HEALTH DEPARTMENT REPORTS A COVID-19 RELATED DEATH FOR PORT ARTHUR

 

September 17, 2021

It is with great sadness that the City of Port Arthur Health Department is reporting a COVID-19 related death in residents of Port Arthur. The resident was a White Male between the age range of 55-60. It has been determined that this individual had underlying health conditions. The total number of COVID-19 related deaths reported for Port Arthur since the onset of the pandemic is Ninety (90). 

   

We emphasize again that COVID-19 is still a very serious disease. Please continue to be vigilant and protect yourself and your family. Please call (409) 332-6215 for information about the COVID Vaccines; protect yourself, your family, and your friends today.


When testing positive, please protect yourself and others--wear a face covering and do not go out into the public while infected.
