The City of Port Arthur Streets and Drainage Department will temporarily close Willowood Lane to reset a section of Storm Water Drainage Pipe underneath the street.  A temporary driveway will be provided while this project is being carried out.  The project is expected to begin September 19, 2018 and conclude September 22, 2018.
