Please read the following report from the Port Arthur and Jefferson County Health Departments regarding the reports of positive COVID-19 cases in Port Arthur and Mid County, Texas, as of February 3, 2021.

NOTICE FROM THE CITY OF PORT ARTHUR HEALTH DEPARTMENT

On February 3, 2020, the City of Port Arthur is reporting COVID-19 positive individuals for Port Arthur, Groves, Port Neches and Nederland. There are confirmations of five (5) Port Arthur; one (1) for Groves; seven (7) for Nederland; and seven (7) for Port Neches. The total number of positive COVID-19 cases reported today is 20.
