To some, Pleasure Island is known as the "hidden gem of Port Arthur." The island has numerous activities that all can take part in, making it an affordable, family-friendly spot that people from Port Arthur and beyond can enjoy year-round.

Marina: The Pleasure Island Marina which consists of three hundred boat slips was completed in 2011. Nearly all of the docks in the marina are floating docks, which is beneficial for Southeast Texas weather. Boat slips range in size from 30 feet to 40 feet and 50 feet.

Bird Blind: Pleasure Island  has a secluded Bird Blind that sits adjacent to a pond near the iconic golf ball water tower. Birdwatchers from all around the world come to identify and photograph numerous species of birds in a nice peaceful and serene atmosphere.

Disc Golf: The Island Disc Gold Course, formerly known as Berry's Treasure, is currently open and calling out all disc golfers to come and test their skills. If the palm trees, hills and slightly windy days don’t challenge you, the redesign of the course will. If you’re a novice or an expert, come on out and adore Pleasure Island’s disc golf course.

RV Park: The Pleasure Island RV Park consists of approximately fifty spaces with 30-amp and 50-amp connections. Our guests can use onsite laundry and restroom facilities, fish off a nearby pier and take the kids to play on a nearby playground while enjoying their stay.  

Parks: Pleasure Island is the home of Lakefront Park, Logan Music Park, The Island Disc Golf Course and a park adjacent to the Pleasure Island RV Park. In coordination with the Parks and Recreation Department, we strive to keep the parks safe, clean and fun for all.
