Defendants, 16 years and under, charged with an offense in the Municipal Court, must appear before the court with a parent, legal guardian, or managing conservator at 10 am on the scheduled court appearance date located on their citation. If a date was not provided, a notice to appear will be mailed to the address given on the citation.

Minors (Possession of Alcohol or Tobacco related Offenses)

Defendants charged with alcohol (under 21 years of age) or tobacco (under 18 years of age) related offenses, state law requires an open court appearance for those violations by the court appearance date on the citation.  Violators under the age of 18 must appear with a parent, guardian, or managing conservator before the Municipal Court judge at 10:00 a.m. on the court appearance date unless otherwise notified.
